1. How do I calculate my size?
The size information is in the button "measurement guide"; this way, you can download the PDF file and know what measurements we have for t-shirts according to size, colour and gender.
2. What items do you offer?
You will find a large number of products separated into categories. T-shirts, crewnecks, hoodies, onesies, bags, mugs, tumblers, and candles. In the case of textile products (t-shirts, crewnecks, hoodies, onesies), you can choose by gender if you are a man or a woman. Choose the one you think most fits.
3. Are they quality?
We only work with quality products from the leading brands on the market. The composition of most of the garments is 100% cotton. In each garment, you will find a detailed description of its composition and the proper care of the prints.
4. How do I customize my T-Shirt?
You can locate personalized printing services within their related site. We have two steps to be able to do that. First, you must upload the image according to the corresponding file (.JPEG, PNG, PDF, PSE) and ensure that it meets specific requirements to avoid copyright problems.
You must fill out the form, and in the "parameters," you must explain step by step what you want and how you want it before uploading the file for printing, and second, buy the shirt that you most want or like.
5. Can I do the chest and back?
Yes, what is more, we can also print small patterns or designs on the sleeves, neck or lower abdomen at a specific price.

7. About the sleeves?
If you need to print the sleeves, it only has to specify the points in each site's parameters. These parameters are detailed explanations of how you want your customization to be. Feel free to describe: How? When? What? to facilitate printing.
8. What format and size should the designs have?
The file types in which you can upload your designs are EPS, PNG, JPG, or PDF. However, we opted for PNG because it respects transparency and maintains the quality of the design. The idea is a design that has the following measurements:
Regular Front: 18cm x 25cm
Regular Back: 20cm x 28cm
Regular Short Sleeve: 6cm x 7cm
Resolution between 150 to 300 dpi (avoid problems with pixelation)
9. What if I want many?
It depends; we have discounts for quantities and stamping techniques, you can buy more than 20 units, and it will have a 12% discount. In comparison, if you buy more than 50 units at 20%, we help you with a budget for special events such as farewells, parties, anniversaries, meetings, concerts, or universities; we need to know in detail the What? What? When? Where?

10. Do you retouch the designs?
The designs are only retouched as long as it is by the client's order. Although it has no price, it is made to order so as not to keep the main idea of the design.
11. How long does it take to send my purchase?
If the purchase was made in Vancouver, the package arrives the same day; however, if it was made in other cities, the stipulated time is given by Canada Post (it is the company through which we send our products).
12. How much are the shipping costs?
